Who We Are

We are a national volunteer reservist fire department and an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting firefighters, first responders, support personnel, their families, and the communities they serve through charitable, humanitarian, educational, and public safety initiatives.

Our first nationwide service branch, the Mental Health Services Command (MHSC), is committed to promoting mental wellness, resilience, awareness, and education for first responders, support personnel, and their families. We believe that those who dedicate their lives to protecting others deserve access to meaningful resources that support their own well-being.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and donors, we provide mental health awareness and educational resources at no cost. Through our website, social media platforms, educational campaigns, webinars, and community outreach initiatives, we strive to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, strengthen resilience, and foster a culture of wellness throughout the first responder community.

Whether you are a firefighter, emergency responder, support professional, family member, volunteer, or community partner, we invite you to join us in building healthier, stronger, and more resilient communities by supporting those who serve.
